Norm Couldridge Memorial Golf Tournament |
It’s time for the Cataraqui Soccer Club’s annual golf tournament. For all you newcomers to the club, the Norm Couldridge Memorial Tournament is held each summer to determine who will wear the coveted “green jacket” (it’s actually a plaidish type tweedish thing). Anyway, it is a stroke play tournament and is named after a long time member of the club who passed away from cancer several years ago.
This year’s tournament is being held at the Amherstview Golf Club on Saturday July 31st. Tee off time is 10am. Cost is $38. If you are interested in playing, please respond as soon as possible so we can make arrangements.
Just in case you are wondering, Val Tomsons is the defending champion.
