Cataraqui Soccer Club

A good win by Cataraqui III was more than matched by a marvelous Man of the Match performance from Rick Pierce during Cat III's 4-1 GKSSA B Division victory over KUSC II this evening. A superb performance from the goal keeper may have seen him concede a goal but several athletic saves did the keeper enormous credit.

Orozco was the best player on the park this evening during  Cat II's GKSSA B Division loss to Kelsey's FC. The goalkeeper may have been beaten on two occasions but several top-notch saves more than deserved his Man of the Match award.

A superb performance from Rob Lusink was sadly not enough to secure a win during Cataraqui II's GKSSA B Division with Vita SC this evening. The Cataraqui striker put in a superb performance for his side and will be delighted that he was able to cap his display with a goal.

Cataraqui III  1-3 Frontenac United
Frontenac United overcame a resilient Cataraqui III side in the GKSSA B Division game last night at Catons II.  The match itself was dominated by Cataraqui but the side came up short when needed in front of the F.U. net.

Peter Boyle Jr. turned in a performance of the highest quality during Cataraqui's 7 -0 defeat of 8 man SH Juventus. Juventus couldn't handle Boyle's passing as he set up two goals and bagged one for himself, to ensure Cataraqui dominated this match.

Graham Federak put in a man of the match performance during Cataraqui III's 0 - 2 GKSSA B Division defeat against Philthy McNasty's last night. The forwards speed caused havoc in the oppositions back line, constantly threatening to break free for a one on one with the keeper. Stuart Reid and James McIntyre also performed well during the match.
